This service provides for prompt actual cost repair of your bank printers by our highly skilled Certified Technicians.

Authorized Repair Center and Certified Technicians

MHL Computer Products is authorized by all major printer manufacturers to provide warranty repair on new products in addition to servicing printers outside of warranty. All our Technicians are certified by the manufacturer and have many years of experience. They will promptly diagnose and repair your printers so that you can be sure the printer will be fully functional when it’s returned to you.

30 Day Repair Warranty

At MHL Computer Products, we stand behind our work. Every time you have a printer repaired on a Time & Materials basis, our repair work is guaranteed for 30 days. If you have any issues with the printer repair within 30 days, we will repair it for free, no questions asked.

Large Inventory of Parts

Since we are the printer maintenance industry leader, we stock thousands of parts. In most cases, we will have the part needed to fix your printers. If not, our Customer Service staff has access to the manufacturer for prompt parts acquisition.

Terms & Conditions

1. Products must be properly packaged to avoid shipping damage. Products damaged in shipment shall be returned to the customer unrepaired. Shipping insurance claims shall be the responsibility of the customer. If required, MHL Computer Products Inc. can provide shipping containers at the cost of $15.00 per box plus shipping charges to get them to you.

The Specified RMA order number must be identified on each product.

3. The Time & Materials repair services labor rate is $85.00 per hour, with a minimum fee of $85.00. Customer authorizes repairs, for both parts and labor, up to the authorization amount specified in the submitted online form. Repairs beyond the specified authorization amount shall require customer pre-approval prior to the completion of services. Product returned unrepaired shall be subject to the $85.00 diagnostic fee.

4. Customer agrees to pay all shipping costs.

5. All repaired products are covered by a comprehensive thirty-day warranty from the date of shipment from MHL Computer Products Inc. The warranty includes parts, labor, and shipping costs. It is agreed that the customer shall inspect and test all repairs promptly upon receipt of repaired products. Repairs outside of the warranty period shall be chargeable.
