See your contract for full details, or see description of Express Service Contract below. Replacement printer(s)/scanner(s) will be shipped same day for RMA orders placed before 3:00 PM EST.

To create a service request order, complete the following information and click Add To Cart for each printer/scanner repair needed to submit your service request. Complete the order process and include your order number with printers returned for repair. If multiple printers/scanners are being submitted you can separate models/serial #s with a comma and adjust the quantity accordingly, or enter the information and add to cart individually.

MHL Computer Product’s Express Repair Service provides a refurbished replacement printer/scanner shipped same day for RMA orders placed by 3:00 PM. By utilizing the Express Service, your downtime is minimized and you’re back up and running FAST.

With the Express Repair Service, MHL Computer Products assumes the risk if the repair work is more extensive than expected. You will be shipped a replacement printer/scanner of equal or comparable capabilities, no matter what actual costs are incurred.

Our Repair Work is Guaranteed

At MHL Computer Products, we stand behind our work. Our Express repair work is guaranteed for 30 days. If you have any issues with the printer repair within 30 days, we will repair it for free, no questions asked.

Terms & Conditions

1. Products must be properly packaged to avoid shipping damage. Products damaged in shipment shall be returned to the customer unrepaired. Shipping insurance claims shall be the responsibility of the customer. If required, MHL Computer Products Inc. can provide shipping containers at the cost of $15.00 per box plus shipping charges to get them to you.

The Specified RMA order number must be identified on each product.

3. The Time & Materials repair services labor rate is $85.00 per hour, with a minimum fee of $85.00. Customer authorizes repairs, for both parts and labor, up to the authorization amount specified in the submitted online form. Repairs beyond the specified authorization amount shall require customer pre-approval prior to the completion of services. Product returned unrepaired shall be subject to the $85.00 diagnostic fee.

4. Customer agrees to pay all shipping costs.

5. All repaired products are covered by a comprehensive thirty-day warranty from the date of shipment from MHL Computer Products Inc. The warranty includes parts, labor, and shipping costs. It is agreed that the customer shall inspect and test all repairs promptly upon receipt of repaired products. Repairs outside of the warranty period shall be chargeable.
