MHL Computer Product’s Flat Rate Repair provides a fixed price for your printer/scanner repair, no matter what is wrong with it. By utilizing the Flat Rate Service, you don’t need to worry about actual repair prices exceeding estimates. Due to our experience and technical expertise, MHL Computer Products can accurately provide this guaranteed pricing and take on the risk. The bottom line is that we will fix your printer for a fixed price, no matter what the problem may be.

FLAT RATE Repair Service – Repair it Right for a Fixed Price

As an alternative to our Depot Maintenance Plan, you may want to utilize our economical Flat Rate Service. Once we receive your printer, it will be diagnosed, repaired and re-tested. Your repair will receive priority treatment and shipped back to you promptly upon completion of the repair.

Risk Free Repair Price

With the Flat Rate Repair Service, MHL Computer Products assumes the risk if more parts are required or the repair work is more extensive than expected. You will be invoiced the fixed price, no matter what actual costs are incurred.

Our Repair Work is Guaranteed

At MHL Computer Products, we stand behind our work. Our Flat Rate repair work is guaranteed for 30 days. If you have any issues with the printer repair within 30 days, we will repair it for free, no questions asked.

Terms & Conditions

1. Products must be properly packaged to avoid shipping damage. Products damaged in shipment shall be returned to the customer unrepaired. Shipping insurance claims shall be the responsibility of the customer. If required, MHL Computer Products Inc. can provide shipping containers at the cost of $15.00 per box plus shipping charges to get them to you.

The Specified RMA order number must be identified on each product.

3. The Time & Materials repair services labor rate is $85.00 per hour, with a minimum fee of $85.00. Customer authorizes repairs, for both parts and labor, up to the authorization amount specified in the submitted online form. Repairs beyond the specified authorization amount shall require customer pre-approval prior to the completion of services. Product returned unrepaired shall be subject to the $85.00 diagnostic fee.

4. Customer agrees to pay all shipping costs.

5. All repaired products are covered by a comprehensive thirty-day warranty from the date of shipment from MHL Computer Products Inc. The warranty includes parts, labor, and shipping costs. It is agreed that the customer shall inspect and test all repairs promptly upon receipt of repaired products. Repairs outside of the warranty period shall be chargeable.
