MHL Depot Maintenance Plan provides repair or replacement of your broken bank printers or scanners when and where you need them. When you need your defective bank printers/scanners replaced within a few days, the MHL Depot Maintenance Plan is for you.

The MHL Depot Maintenance Plan is an all inclusive maintenance agreement with no hidden charges. Fees for all parts and labor are included and we even pick up the ground shipping costs back to your office. As with all of our service plans, you will receive the ultimate in Customer Service and quality repair work by our Certified Technicians.

MHL’s Depot Maintenance Plan is an economically priced maintenance plan with a 5 day target turnaround time. If you have a few spare printers, or you can get buy for a few days while your printer is being repaired, this plan provides great value.

We know that getting a good working printer back promptly is important. With MHL’s Depot Maintenance Plan, your printer repairs are prioritized in advance of all other service plans.

Terms & Conditions

1. Products must be properly packaged to avoid shipping damage. Products damaged in shipment shall be returned to the customer unrepaired. Shipping insurance claims shall be the responsibility of the customer. If required, MHL Computer Products Inc. can provide shipping containers at the cost of $15.00 per box plus shipping charges to get them to you.

The Specified RMA order number must be identified on each product.

3. The Time & Materials repair services labor rate is $85.00 per hour, with a minimum fee of $85.00. Customer authorizes repairs, for both parts and labor, up to the authorization amount specified in the submitted online form. Repairs beyond the specified authorization amount shall require customer pre-approval prior to the completion of services. Product returned unrepaired shall be subject to the $85.00 diagnostic fee.

4. Customer agrees to pay all shipping costs.

5. All repaired products are covered by a comprehensive thirty-day warranty from the date of shipment from MHL Computer Products Inc. The warranty includes parts, labor, and shipping costs. It is agreed that the customer shall inspect and test all repairs promptly upon receipt of repaired products. Repairs outside of the warranty period shall be chargeable.
